Personal Data Processing Policy
1. General Provisions
This personal data processing policy is drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the “Personal Data Protection Law” and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data by PE “Cargo Support” (hereinafter referred to as the Operator). The Operator considers the observance of human and citizen rights and freedoms in the processing of personal data, including the protection of privacy, personal and family secrets, as a primary goal and condition for its activities. This policy of the Operator regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator may receive about visitors to the website https://www.cargosupport.com.ua.

- Personal data – any information that directly or indirectly relates to a determined or determinable User of the website https://www.cargosupport.com.ua;
- User – any visitor of the website https://www.cargosupport.com.ua;
- Provision of personal data – actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or specific circle of persons;
- Distribution of personal data – any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite circle of persons (transfer of personal data) or at familiarizing an unlimited circle of persons with personal data;
- Cross-border transfer of personal data – transfer of personal data to a foreign state, foreign government authority, foreign natural or foreign legal person;

3. The Operator May Process the Following User Personal Data

The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured by implementing legal, organizational, and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the current legislation in the field of personal data protection. The Operator ensures the confidentiality of personal data and takes all possible measures to exclude unauthorized access. Personal data of the User will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties except in cases related to the enforcement of current legislation. If inaccuracies in personal data are identified, the User can update them independently by sending a notification to the Operator’s email info@cargosupport.com.ua with the note “Personal Data Update.” The period of personal data processing is unlimited. The User can withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a notification to the Operator’s email info@cargosupport.com.ua with the note “Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing.”
7. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data
Before starting the cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator is obliged to ensure that the foreign state where personal data is to be transferred provides reliable protection of the rights of personal data subjects. The cross-border transfer of personal data to foreign states that do not meet the specified requirements may be carried out only if there is written consent from the personal data subject for the cross-border transfer of their personal data and/or in fulfillment of a contract to which the personal data subject is a party.

This document will reflect any changes to the Operator’s personal data processing policy. The Policy is valid indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
